One entry per family and have guess in by the end of the day on 12-2-09. In the event of a tie the person who entered the first correct answer wins. DATE TO ENTER HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO THE 12/7 11:59pm.
Hints:
1. 11-17 there was 36 inches of snow on the ground
2. There is a weak El Nino in place and based on that the Climate Prediction Center predicts above average temperatures and below average precipitation for this late fall and winter
3. The 15 day forecast for the period 11-25 to 12-1 is forecasting above average temperatures and average precipitation for the Northwest
