Our new world ciders currently feature Washington-grown apples blended to promote natural flavors through a slow, cool fermentation.
After aging in oak rum barrels and cider tanks, mature cider is blended to showcase apple flavors and balanced with sweetness, acidity and oak tannin structure.
Finished cider is carbonated and left unfiltered as a "homestead style."
Proudly handcrafted and bottled in Snohomish, Washington.
