Donnellys Riverbank Blueberries is a 1-1/2 acre YOU PICK farm established in 1989. They are Certified Naturally Grown and have practiced organic techniques since inception. Open from 7AM to 7PM daily from early July through mid Oct.
They are an honor system farm growing blueberries, black currants, Asian pears, sweet corn, early red potatoes, several varieties of garlic, green beans, pickling cucumbers, summer and winter squash. A shaded picnic table is located in the field available for those who care to linger. A pirate ship with swords for older children and a sandbox for younger are available. A “grazing fee” of $5.00 is charged for all children from toddler to 16 years old. Payment is by cash or check for produce and “grazing.” Boxes and picking containers are provided free.
Directions: Travel east on Hwy 2, Pass through Monroe, drive another 6 miles. At the first highway traffic light after Monroe, turn left. Proceed up the hill & turn right on Reiner Rd, go 2 miles.
