You'll be traveling on a combination of sidewalks, coned running lanes and paved paths. Water stations will be available on both the 5K and 10K routes. USATF sanctioned event produced by a RRCA Certified Race Director. 100% of the profits from the Sneakers & Sirens Run will benefit your choice of Special Olympics of WA or Safe Call Now - a local charity supporting FIrst Responders in crisis.
5k and 10k runners will travel together for the first 2.7 miles on sidewalks and paved paths. This portion of the course is generally flat with some gentle rollers. Shortly before the 5k finish, the 10k route splits off to explore even more of the area. This portion of the route is on mainly on sidewalks and covers more gentle rollers with one good downhill stretch that you will love! There will be two-way running traffic for approximately 2 miles so it’s extra important that you are aware of your surroundings. We strongly suggest limiting your music to one earbud at a reasonable volume or leaving it at home altogether. This is not a closed course.
